How do I get a painting quote?
Just open the chat. Camille, our online assistant, asks a few quick questions about your project and gets everything to our team. We contact you within 24 hours with your custom quote. No forms, no phone tag.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Queen City Painters carries full general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and certificates of insurance are available on request.
What areas do you serve?
All of Charlotte plus Ballantyne, Myers Park, Dilworth, NoDa, South End, Huntersville, Matthews, Concord and surrounding Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County communities.
What paint brands do you use?
Primarily Sherwin-Williams (Emerald, Duration) and Benjamin Moore (Aura, Regal Select). We'll happily use your preferred brand or match an existing spec.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every project includes a 2-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's product warranty. If our work fails, we fix it, free.
How far out are you booking?
Interior projects typically start within 1-2 weeks; exteriors 2-3 weeks in season. Chat with Camille for current availability.
Do I have to be home while you paint?
No. Many clients hand us a garage code and come home to a finished job. We send photo updates throughout so you always know how it's going.
How do payments work?
Nothing down on most residential projects: you pay when you're happy at the final walkthrough. Cards, checks and ACH accepted.
